Jumper cable connector on back mates with Anderson Power Products SB120 connector (6800G2). The battery source is NOT FUSED at the jumper output, so can easily start fires due to "unlimited' current. Use appropriate care.

Yes! We run it with two ac outlets, (PS3 and TV) and keep it charged by plugging it into the car dc outlet. Just don't run more then 5 amps or 400 watts. Great for long car trips, as it also has two extra dc outlets.

I have been trying to find the same thing. I called B+D and the c.s. rep. said that B+D does not recommend operating devices while charging, but that sounded like a stock answer that might apply more to 120v charging (which she also emphasised as the recommended charging method, except for emergencies). I mean a true power inverter would do just that, why not this combo unit? Is it just a legal protection? We are having a blizzard and I would like to get some 120v juice if we loose power.

I just bought one of these for a trip where the girls need to run their older laptops to do some homework on the road. When you have AC or DC appliances plugged into it can you be charging it with your car power outlet at the same time?

Thank you.
